100 days to fitness

To know the reason behind my blog first you should know abt me and my struggle to lose weight. I have been a chubby kid throughout my life. It was cute when i was just a kid and ugly after i grew up. I have been doing the yo yo dieting all thru my life. I can write abt the various things i have tried in my life but today i after seeing the 100 days of happiness posts and Olli belly in Vijay Tv i have decided to try my own version of 100 days to fitness journey.

I know its very hard that too for the person who consumes more than 2500 calories per day easily.

So my tasks in this blog is very simple and i have listed below

1) Exercise Log
2) Diet log (phew...)
