Day 1 starts on July 4th

My day 1 starts on July 4th. I have tried every diet possible. Pain is the main reason i dont want to do exercise at all but now i dont have a choice. I am trying this new initiative where i will follow my strict diet and exercise regime for continuos 100 days and see how much weight i lose. I was inspired by this program in Vijay TV called Olli Belly (flat stomach) where a girl called Akila has lost more than 35 kilos in 100 days. I dont want to lose 35 kilos but my starting point would be 20 kilos. I weigh 93 kilos currently and want to come down to 70s soon.

I loved my dad very much and i lost him very recently. His only wish in life is to get me married and in India thats too for arranged marriage its not easy for a fat girl to get married. So here i am in a critical spot where i have to lose weight for my mom to be happy.

My dad wanted me to wear Smart business attire when i go to office so i am starting this 100 days to fitness  initiative to regain my confidence in life and for my dear parents.

 

100 days to fitness

To know the reason behind my blog first you should know abt me and my struggle to lose weight. I have been a chubby kid throughout my life. It was cute when i was just a kid and ugly after i grew up. I have been doing the yo yo dieting all thru my life. I can write abt the various things i have tried in my life but today i after seeing the 100 days of happiness posts and Olli belly in Vijay Tv i have decided to try my own version of 100 days to fitness journey.

I know its very hard that too for the person who consumes more than 2500 calories per day easily.

So my tasks in this blog is very simple and i have listed below

1) Exercise Log
2) Diet log (phew...)
